There will be two families assigned to snack each Saturday. Each family signed up will need to provide snacks to feed 35 students. Between the two families, there should be enough snacks for 70 students. The snacks should be “healthy,” including veggies, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, crackers, bread or pretzels. For drinks, water is fine. Napkins, plates and cups will be provided by SRV German School.
There will also be two families assigned to supervise each Saturday. Supervisors need to arrive by 10:30am and help set up the snack area, ring the bell at 10:45am, help the kids with snacks and drinks, monitor appropriate behaviors in the quad area, ring the bell again at 11:05am, and finally help clean up the snack area. It will be most efficient if snack and supervision is done on the same weekend. Thank you!
